Description

On September 12, the new Mexican Ambassador to Canada, H.E. Dionisio Pérez Jácome Friscione, will speak before the Canadian International Council's National Capital Branch. All Harvard Club of Ottawa members are invited to attend. Registration details will be posted shortly.
 
H.E. Dionisio Pérez Jácome Friscione is a leader with a most distinguished background. He has previously served as Under Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, as Secretary of Communications and Transport, and most recently as Ambassador to the 35-member Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris. Canada is familiar to Ambassador Pérez Jácome as he also participated in the NAFTA negotiations that concluded in 1994 while serving as Agriculture and Forestry Counsellor. He is an alumnus of the prestigious ITAM, Instituto Techologico Autonomo de México,  with both an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Public Administration. He also holds a Master's degree from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
